Introduction:
The Steel Plastic Composite Geogrid uses high tensile steel wire (PET yarn and fiberglass yarn) specially handled with polyethylene(P.E) and other assistants.
After squeeze and cooling procedures, steel wires turns to high-strength anti-pull belt with rough embossing surfaces and PE coating.
Earthwork belts are warp knitted at vertically and horizontally directions and welded the joints using a special unltria-sonic welding technology to structure steel plastic composite geogrid.

·Steel Plastic Geogrid has breakthrough strength compared to the traditional geogrid:

·This geogrid is low cost and easy to construct, easy to pave, lap, locate, avoid the repetition and cross, so shorten the
construction period obviously.

2) Small deformation: the yield elongation of steel plastic integral geogrid is not bigger than 3%.

permanent works and its lifespan can be 100 years above.
